Party at the palace is always a favourite event as it’s right here in our local town of Linlithgow. There was early concern about the move to another location this year but that all faded away as the organisers put on a fantastic weekend of live music that suited all ages. The potential owner was right to be concerned as, once we sent the drone up to take images, we found a number of problems on the roof, not least of which is shown in the picture.

We photographed the entire roof and drew the new owners attention to a number of different potential problems and he now feels like he’s in a position to make a decision with confidence.
