glasgow roof inspection

We were contacted by a private house buyer who had some concerns about the top floor flat he was buying in Glasgow. The four storey tenement had no roof access and it would be been costly and dangerous to try and get up there so they contacted us. Within a couple of days we’d been over there and sent the drone up to do a complete photographic review of the roof space uncovering various issues. This was documented back to the owner who’s now in a much better position to make a decision about their purchase.
